It typically only takes 10-14 days for us to take your idea and turn it into reality. The best way to order shirts from Williamsburg Graphics is to follow these five easy steps...
Step 1: The Concept
What is the idea behind your shirt? Is it for an event, a business, or a charity? How many colors does your design need? (Keep in mind that each color adds to the cost.)
You don't need to be an artist! We have experienced staff capable of designing a unique graphic design for you.
Step 2: The Shirt
Part A: The Quote
- Do you need a shirt with a pocket or a v-neck? Do you prefer a soft American Apparel or a sturdy commercial brand? (We do not print on provided shirts. We can get almost any style and a great variety of brands! Please call or email us with any questions regarding products.)
- About how many shirts do you expect to need? (The more shirts you can purchase, the less the cost. With a minimum of 12 pieces and no maximum, the sky is the limit!)
- Knowing all of this ahead of time can help us accurately price your order. At this point you have enough information gathered to call or email us so we may begin your artwork. Please remember to provide an email and phone number so we can reach you with questions.
Part B: The Count
- While we're working on your art, begin to refine your order. What color shirts do you need? What material and style? How many of each size? Finally, when do you need this order completed by?
- This information is key to completing your order in a timely manner. Please make another call or send an email with this information. (Any later additions may not be complete by your due date or may cost more, so please be confidant in your counts!)
Step 3: The Art
Several days after you contact us, expect an email with your artwork. (If you do not hear back from us in 2-3 days please call to confirm your order has been received!)
While it's exciting to see your concept come to life, don't forget to send an email back to approve the art or to provide any corrections. Does it suit your needs? Are there any spelling corrections? Are the colors correct? Minor changes will keep your order on track, but major changes may need more time to correct. If the artwork is perfect, please respond in an email that says something similar to "Thank you, it looks great! The _(job name)_ artwork is approved." (It is often easier for us to think of your order based on its subject. For example, Tyler Family Reunion is more specific than Steve Tyler's shirts.)
Step 4: The Call
Please call us 2 days before your due date to check on the status of your order. We will be able to give you a time of day to pick-up as well as your total cost.
Step 5: The Pick Up
Your shirts are ready! Visit our shop at 5810 B Mooretown Road at the time of day specified in your confirmation call. Our policy is payment at pick up, so please be ready with cash, check, or credit card. If you would like your order shipped, we are happy to do with a standard shipping rate added. Please call or email us your address ahead of time.
